- For Playweez: Send "STOP PW" to 5030 for Orange users, or send "STOP PW" to 6699 for Vodafone users, or send "STOP PW" to 1722 for Etisalat users.

- For Unlimited Streaming: Send "STOP US" to 5030 for Orange users, or send "STOP US" to 6699 for Vodafone users, or send "STOP US" to 1722 for Etisalat users.

- For Weezchat: Send "STOP WZ" to 5030 for Orange users, or send "STOP WZ" to 6699 for Vodafone users, or send "STOP WZ" to 1722 for Etisalat users.

- For Zikplay: Send "STOP ZIK" to 5030 for Orange users, or send "STOP ZIK" to 6699 for Vodafone users, or send "STOP ZIK" to 1722 for Etisalat users.


2. Self-service unsubscription

You only have to access the unsubscription section by clicking here and following the indications as follows:

Step 1: Start by entering the telephone number used for the subscription to the service from which you want to unsubscribe

Step 2: We will display the list of active services so you can select the ones you want to cancel#

Step 3: We will confirm the deactivation of your subscription by SMS.
